HOW IT WORKS…

1. COMPLETE A FUNDRAISING REQUEST FORM

Ready to kickstart your fundraising journey? We’re here to support you every step of the way! Just take a moment to fill out the form and share some details about your organization and the purpose behind your fundraising efforts

2. SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT

Once your request is given the green light, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions for the next steps. You will be connected to a secure payment platform (Stripe) that will deposit funds straight into your account weekly, saving you the hassle of dealing with checks or any upfront costs.

3. SPREAD THE WORD AND BEGIN SELLING WASHES!

You will be sent a follow-up email containing a personalized webpage link featuring your organization’s name, along with an easy method for supporters to buy car washes that will support your cause. Additionally, you will also receive a shareable promotional flyer, social media graphic, and QR Code, in addition to access to a live dashboard to monitor your fundraising progress, identify top sellers, and track your goal achievement.

How soon can I start the fundraiser?

Your customer webpage will be activated within 3 business days of approval.

How do we receive our funds?

As part of the setup process, you will connect a Stripe account to your bank account. Stripe deposits funds weekly throughout the length of the fundraiser event. You will receive any funds collected from the previous Wednesday through the upcoming Thursday on the following Friday. The funds will be deposited directly from Stripe into whatever account the fundraiser enters when signing up for Stripe.

How do we track our progress?
You’ll receive access to a custom dashboard where you can track how much money you’re raising, who your top sellers are, and how close you are to your goal!
What payment forms are accepted?

Your supporters can purchase washes using all major credit and debit cards

Are there any upfront costs?

No

What percentage of sales do we receive?

The fundraiser makes 50% of the sales!
